WHAT IS THE EXTRA FABRIC ON THE INSIDE OF MY EMBROIDERED CREWNECK?
The "extra" fabric isn't extra at all! All embroidery designs have an iron on stitch cover to protect the longevity of the stitches as well as to make the design more comfortable to wear.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our current processing time for all CLOTHING items can be up to 3 weeks from your order date. For other items (such as stickers and book marks) processing can take up to a week. Please note that the processing time is an estimate and is subject to possible changes due to supplier delays. All products are made to order and made by hand.
If it is a preorder, then the estimated turn around time will be stated in the description of the product.
If you have an order with multiple items that are a mix of preorder and non-preorder items, your items will all ship together when the last item (typically the preorder item) is ready. This is also the case with two items that have different turn around times. The items will ship together when the last item is ready to ship. If you need them to ship separately, please feel free to contact us before you purchase so we can discuss it. We are happy to try to work it out.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All products are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges and cannot refund orders. Please make sure your order is correct with desired size and color option before completing checkout. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND THERE IS AN ISSUE?
Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving if the item is defective or we have made a mistake.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND HASN'T ARRIVED ON TIME?
Please note that once products are shipped, it is out of our hands and into the hands of the shipping company. We receive the same shipping notifications you do. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help you locate and track your order.
