What is your turn around time?
Our current processing time for APPAREL is 3-4 weeks from your order date. Our processing time for TUMBLERS is 1-2 weeks. Please note that the processing time is an estimate, and is subject to possible changes due to supplier delays. All products are made to order and made by hand.
If it is a preorder, then the estimated turn around time will be stated in the description of the product.
If you have an order with multiple items that are a mix of preorder and non-preorder items, your items will all ship together when the last item (typically the preorder item) is ready. This is also the case with two items that have different turn around times. The items will ship together when the last item is ready to ship. If you need them to ship separately, please feel free to contact us before you purchase so we can discuss it. We are happy to try to work it out.
Why is there only a tumbler drop once a month?
Each tumbler is hand made. I am just one person who preps, glitters, and seals every tumbler. The process is lengthy. I make as many tumblers as I can before each drop, and chose how many of each design to make based on the interest shown per design. If certain designs sell out particularly fast, keep an eye on our socials for pre-order announcements.
Each tumbler must be prepped and spray painted, then left for 48 hours to gas off before glittering. After the 48 hours, glitter can be applied. A single colored tumbler only takes two layers, but most of the tumblers require about six layers of glitter for detail and dimension. Then the glitter must be sealed with glitter glue so it doesn't move when it is sealed with Crystalac Brite Tone (a non-toxic alternative to epoxy). Once the glitter glue is dry, I can start the Brite Tone process. After a thin coat of Brite Tone is applied, the tumbler must be on a tumbler turner for at least an hour as it dries to the touch, then left for another 3 hours to fully dry before the next coat. The tumbler must be sanded every 3-5 coats. Once the tumbler is perfectly smooth (around 12-15 coats of Brite Tone), decals can be added. Then the sealing process is continued the same way until the decals are sealed and the whole tumbler is smooth and has a shiny finish. The tumblers take about 30-40 coats by the time they are completed. After a tumbler's final coat of Brite Tone, it must be left to cure for a week before shipping.
What is your refund policy? Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
All products are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges and cannot refund orders. Make sure your order is correct with desired size and color option before completing checkout. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
What if my order arrives and there is an issue with it?
Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving if the item is defective or we have made a mistake.
What if my order has been shipped but hasn't arrived on time?
Please note that once products are shipped, it is out of our hands and into the hands of the shipping company. We receive the same shipping notifications you do. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help you locate and track your order.
